How It Works

Three steps, one visit, usable material on-site

No dumpsters, no landfill runs, no long-term commitment — we bring the crusher to your job.

01

Free site quote

Text photos of the pile to (607) 283-4599 or have us walk the job. You get a quote within 24 hours — with the savings math vs. hauling and dumping written right on it.

02

We mobilize and crush

Our insured operator brings a track-mounted impact crusher on-site, processing up to 250 tons an hour, screened to your spec — 1" or 2" material in a single pass. Most jobs wrap in hours, not days.

03

You get usable material

Broken concrete and asphalt becomes fill or base you can reuse on the same job or haul to the next one, plus a tonnage report.

Proof It Pencils Out

The math on hauling vs. crushing

Upstate NY C&D landfills charge $40 to $150+ per ton to take concrete and asphalt debris — and that's before the cost of the truck trips to get it there. Crush it on-site instead and you skip the tipping fee and skip buying new fill material for the next job, since the rubble becomes the fill. Price that savings into your next bid instead of absorbing it as a cost, and it's the difference between matching your competitor's number and beating it.

Who We Work With

Built around the jobs you're already running

Every job site throws off debris differently — a single teardown, an ongoing build-out, or a utility trench. Here's how the offer fits each one.

Driveway & foundation demo

A single teardown that generates a load or two of concrete — big enough to be worth a mobilization, small enough that a dumpster and landfill runs eat your margin.

Developers clearing building pads

Ledge rock and old foundations have to come out before a developer can build. Crush it on-site and it becomes pad base instead of a hauling bill.

Utility & infrastructure subs

Trench spoil and broken pavement from utility work pile up fast. We process it into usable backfill instead of trucking it to a transfer station.

GCs running multiple job sites

Instead of juggling a hauler, a dumpster company, and a fill supplier at every site, run one on-site crushing partner across all of them — one invoice, one schedule, material moving between jobs instead of off them.

Public-spec compliance jobs

Need documented, tested material to reuse as fill or base on a municipal or DOT job? We run 1" and 2" screens on-site and provide gradation and tonnage reports that fit your submittal.

Bigger teardowns, opportunistic overflow

Coordinating with a larger demo contractor on a multi-week job? We can schedule a longer mobilization and price it to the volume.

Track Record

Heavy civil contractors, not equipment renters

We're a family-owned site work and heavy civil contractor based in Lansing, NY — earth moving, utilities, paving, and trucking are our everyday work. On-site concrete crushing is an extension of a crew that already runs heavy equipment for a living, not a side hustle with a rented machine.

"We were paying to haul the old foundation off and paying again for fill to bring in. These guys turned the same pile into the fill in one afternoon."

Common Questions

What contractors ask us first

How far will you mobilize?
We work within roughly 50–100 miles of our base in Lansing, NY. If your job is outside that radius, ask us anyway — we'll tell you straight whether it makes sense.
What's the minimum job size to make this worth it?
We crush in scheduled mobilization windows and batch nearby jobs together, so even a smaller pile can share a window with others in the area. Send photos anyway — we'll tell you straight whether your pile fits this window, the next one, or a shared crush day with neighbors.
Can the crushed material be used as fill or base right away?
For private work, usually yes. If you need it documented to NYSDOT spec for a public job, we can test and provide gradation reports as part of the mobilization.
What about rebar or contamination in the concrete?
Our crusher and screen handle rebar in reasonable quantities without a problem. Heavily mixed loads with a lot of wood, soil, or trash may need pre-sorting first — we'll flag that at the site walk.
Do you handle disposal of anything you can't crush?
We're a processing service, not a hauler. If there's material that can't be crushed, that stays your responsibility to dispose of — but we'll tell you up front during the site walk so there are no surprises.
